It has been carefully constructed and expertly hand tufted, maintaining the fillings securely in place for a longer lasting performance. This mattress has been designed with a timeless classic cotton Shaftesbury stripe fabric, consisting of corner pads and a 7.25” border approximately all Source 5 regulated, this mattress is fully compliant with all UK & EU legislation source 5 and is suitable to be used in care homes and residential establishments, student accommodation, which require a higher fire-retardant certificate and normal households.
The mattress has 7 individual comfort fillings with a European engineered ultra max patented 13.5 gauge open coil spring unit, distributing the weight evenly across the mattress for extra support for the sleeper for a much more comfortable and soothing night’s sleep.
The fabric has been created to be breathable with hypoallergenic and anti-dust mite fillings, keeping your mattress fresh and odour free for a cleaner healthier sleeping environment as well as anti-bacterial features this mattress.
This mattress conforms to BS7177 fire retardant ignition and is fully compliant with all UK & EU legislation source 5 and is suitable to be used in care homes and residential establishments, student accommodation, which require a higher fire-retardant certificate and normal households.
Your mattress will be delivered vacuum packed, rolled and boxed due to our new innovative in-house technology with our latest industry leading packaging systems. Making the delivery of your mattress environmentally friendly and much more convenient for you the customer when having to manoeuvre you brand new mattress around the house.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
