Mattresses
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you wish to cancel and return your mattress. You then have 14 additonal days to return the mattress to us.
Return costs are down to the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept mattress returns if the original plastic hygiene seal is completely intact.
Once this seal has been opened or removed, the mattress is considered used and no return or refund can be offered, unless the product is faulty.
Once the mattress has been collected and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item for your bank to process the credit. We are not responsible for any bank charges you may incur during this process.
Bed Bases (Including Ottomans)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return your bed base.
Returns of bed bases, including ottoman bases, must be arranged at the customer’s own cost. We can arrange a collection on your behalf; however, the collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
If a collection date is agreed and we cannot collect due to the customer not being available or access not being possible, we reserve the right to charge for a failed collection or deduct the associated cost from your refund.
Refunds are processed once the item has been collected and assessed by our quality control team. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item for your bank to credit your account. We cannot accept liability for any bank charges incurred during the refund process.
