This bed is very well packaged and packed. Your order should arrive in good condition. In the unlikely event of any damage to your items, please sign ‘damaged’ on the drivers delivery note and contact us immediately. You can also refuse to accept the delivery. We may not accept a refund or exchange if you have not signed the goods as ‘damaged’.

We deliver to most of UK mainland for free if your order is £50 or over
All mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled and boxed. This makes it easier for delivery and for carrying to the room of your choice. Once unpacked, the mattress will expand to it's designed size.
Additional charges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Orkney and Shetland Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We will inform you if there are any additional delivery charges. You will receive a full and complete refund if you choose not to accept any delivery fees.
You have 14 days in which to inform us of your decision to return your mattress.
It is important for hygiene reasons that your mattress is still within the plastic coverings. We cannot accept any returns if this has been opened.
All mattress arrive hygienically vacuum wrapped so you can inspect your mattress before opening it.
