These all foam mattresses contain a 5” inch deep layer of supportive base layer of next generation reflex foam and a 1” layer of high density visco-elastic memory foam.

They have been designed with a cool touch top panel allowing the body not to overheat ensuring the sleeper will have a comfortable and cooler night’s sleep.

We use the highest quality memory foam to offer superior quality and comfort. The foam within the mattress will mould and shape to the body offering incredible pressure reduction and an unforgettable night’s sleep time and time again.

Our in-house compression technology allows our mattresses to be efficiently vacuum packed, rolled and shipped in a box conveniently to your door via courier. The mattress will start to expand and take approximately 2 hours to expand fully. We recommend that you do not leave the mattress rolled and boxed for more than 7 days after receipt. Vacuum packed mattresses do not have side supports, therefore prolonged sitting on the edge of the mattress is not recommended.

As with any new mattress, they may have a particular odour that arises from the packaging. We recommend airing out your new mattress for a couple of days if you are sensitive to odour, but this smell will disappear entirely within a couple of weeks. N.B - Please be aware that your body can take up to 4 weeks to get used to a new mattress.

NOTE: These mattresses are custom made for each order and therefore cannot be returned.

Delivery Details

We deliver to most of UK mainland for free

Most mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled and boxed. This makes it easier for delivery and for carrying to the room of your choice. Once unpacked, the mattress will expand to its designed size. If the mattress is NOT rolled packed it will be specified in the product description.

Additional charges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Orkney and Shetland Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Also, additional delivery charges are applicable on bulk and specialists orders. We will notify you of these in advance.

We will inform you if there are any additional delivery charges. You will receive a full and complete refund if you choose not to accept any delivery fees.

Returns

You have 14 days in which to inform us of your decision to return your mattress.

It is important for hygiene reasons that your mattress is still within the plastic coverings. We cannot accept any returns if this has been opened.

All mattress arrive hygienically vacuum wrapped so you can inspect your mattress before opening it.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the purchaser. We can recommend suitable couriers
